My course is about to expire, how do I proceed to extend the validity?

  • Hello Jenny,

    To renew the SSG Entre Basic course, or any other course that entails cost, you will need to either be the administrator of the company or contact the person who is. It's not until after the administrator assign you the renewal that you're able to take the course again and extend the validity.

    If you're unsure about who your administrator is, you will find this information at "My details" when you are logged in. You are also welcome to contact SSG Support to find this out.

    If you need to renew local courses, free of charge, you will be able to renew them on your own.

  • Do I have to order a new card for my collegue after he has made the Basic Course or will the present card still be valid?

    The card will still be valid. You do not need to get a new access card after each course.

    When you take a new course, it is "loaded" onto your existing card.
