  The Vegetable Cutter includes three drums:

  • Coarse Grating Drum: Shred root vegetables, greens, fruit for soups and pies, or nuts, chocolate and cheese – quickly and easily.
  • Medium Grating Drum: Perfect for raw vegetables, baking and grating fruit and cheese – directly into the bowl.

  The coarse grating drum is ideal. It's perfect for both hard and semi-soft cheeses like cheddar, parmesan, or mozzarella.
