  Our current rollers and scrapers are made from carefully selected, food-safe materials that are thoroughly tested for their intended use. That said, input like yours is very valuable to us, and suggestions regarding alternative materials such as stainless steel or ceramic are shared internally with our product development team as part of our ongoing improvement work.
