Shredding meat in the Ankarsrum

I recently got an Ankarsrum.  I think I know how to do all that I did in my Kitchen Aid except for pulling cooked meats. Not grinding, pulling, like for pulled pork. Here is a short video of doing it in a Kitchen Aid.

How do I do this in the Ankarasrum?

  • Hi Mary Lynn, you can do this with either the roller/scraper in the main SS Bowl or in the plastic beater bowl with the single wire beaters. Let us know if you have any other questions.
