Ss beater bowl
Does the ss bowl nest inside the large bowl for neat storage like the plastic one did? Also, I read in one post that the wire whisks "jumped" for one user and ruined a batter due to ground plastic. What would cause that to happen and could it happen with the ss bowl? Thank you.

Yes, the SS Beater Bowl will nest inside the large SS bowl just like the plastic one.
As for the post about the beater assembly "jumping", this could be caused by one of two things:
1) because the beater housing is made in a mold, there is always a chance of leftover plastic up in the housing which causes the beaters to "jump" as they rotate in the bowl. Always a good practice to run the beaters in an empty bowl upon arrival just to make sure everything is running smoothly.
2) the other and more common reason, is that on a previous use, the beaters were used improperly (on cold butter, multi-wire balloon whisks used on something other than cream or egg whites) and damage was done to a beater or the main gear. If a tooth is cracked or broken, then during use, the beater assembly can "jump" ask it skips over the broken tooth on the gear.
Hope this helps.
